Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales, festivals, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery time across India is:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or above a specified order value as part of promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable)

  • A tracking ID and tracking link

Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact details, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Kwiniverse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

Please verify your details carefully before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and eligible PIN codes.

Kwiniverse reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers based on order history or courier serviceability.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Heavy rainfall or floods

  • Political disturbances

  • Government regulations

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote area accessibility

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos or videos of the package and product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking status has not been updated for an extended period or your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and provide a suitable resolution.

Serviceable Locations

Currently, Kwiniverse ships across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

In rare cases where delivery is not possible, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
