Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Products showing signs of use after delivery.

Personal care, beauty, hygiene, and grooming products once opened or used.

Innerwear and intimate wear.

Perishable goods.

Gift cards or digital products.

Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
Return Request Process
To request a return:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your Order Number.

Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

If approved, return instructions or pickup details will be shared.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the return request being declined.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

Missing accessories
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed method.

Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to:

Kwiniverse will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer, depending on the case.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Customers may request a return only if the order qualifies under this policy.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid order without a valid reason, any shipping or return costs incurred by Kwiniverse may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
Kwiniverse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Customer unavailable during delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned shipments.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both customers and our business, Kwiniverse reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases involving suspected abuse, fraudulent claims, repeated misuse of the return policy, or insufficient evidence.
